Like a Rolling Stone

By Heather Timmerman Preview Networks PR and News Comments Off

Rolling Stone magazine gets a new look online and Preview Networks is happy to have lent a hand.  The Italian site, directed by Carlo Antonelli, is divided into five thematic areas with updated graphics and social media features inspired from the American version.

More than just music, the site has invested serious real estate in images and video, interviews and insights, cinema and trailers (provided by Preview Networks), and events focusing on fashion design and art.  Through geo-localization, each user will be constantly updated on the events and the “best place to be” in his or her area selected by Rolling Stone.

According to Marketing Manager Tommaso Vincenzetti, “Greater attention to the layout, with social integration and a great SEO work are the cornerstones around which we built the new version of our website, maintaining journalistic quality and content production that sets us apart.”

I’m sure Bob Dylan would agree.   Check out the Rolling Stone integration here.

Filmtrailers On The Go!

By Stine Bauer Dahlberg General, Preview Networks PR and News, Products Comments Off

In our quest to spread our film trailers to as many people and platforms as possible we have created a video podcast! It is updated as soon as we get a new film added, so almost daily, and it means you can watch all the coolest new trailers on your ipod on the go, on the bus, train, or in the bath, if you so want! You will never miss a trailer again.

Its currently available in a Dutch, Swedish, German or English version and is called New movie / film trailers from www.filmtrailer.com, in the respective language.

In the UK we are mostly excited about the fact that our shiny video podcast have risen so much in popularity. It now ranks 7th on iTunes when you search for “film trailers” and 6th for “cinemas” and that is just after a couple of weeks.

Want to subscribe to it? Go to: iTunes!

If you like it please rate it! We want it to climb even higher

The video podcast can also be found on other podcast sites including:

· Podcast Pickle

· Podcast.com

· Feedburner.com

· Podcastalley.com

And it can obviously play on any video portable device, not just the ipod. We also use the podcast RSS Feed to create a great channel on Miro – an Internet television application: Go to Get Miro to download the program!

So go ahead – enjoy your filmtrailers – in the bath!
